2012 Awardees Meeting
The 12th HFSP Awardees Meeting will take place on July 1-4 2012 in Daegu, Republic of Korea
The aim of the HFSP Awardees Meeting is to allow Research Grant holders, Long-Term and Cross Disciplinary Fellows and Career Development Award holders to meet and exchange ideas, as well as to report on work performed with HFSP funds.
Previous meetings in Turin, Ottawa, Cambridge, Hakone, Washington, Paris, Brisbane, Berlin, Tokyo, Kerala and Montreal were considered by participants to provide unique opportunities to meet scientists from many different fields. It is hoped that new collaborations will emerge from these interdisciplinary events. Social/cultural programmes have also been planned.
The scientific sessions will take place at the EXCO exhibition and convention center, Daegu and participants can be accommodated in the nearby Hotel Inter-Burgo EXCO. Further information about the venue, registration and accommodation will be available shortly.
Grantees, Fellows and Career Development Award holders awarded from 2009 to 2011 are eligible to participate at the 2012 meeting. Invitations and abstract forms have been sent to all eligible awardees.
