Presentations & Programme
An invitation to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations has been sent to all eligible awardees. If you did not receive the original message and you wish to submit an abstract then please contact email@example.com for an abstract form.
Oral presentations will be selected by the Programme Committee from the abstracts submitted. In the case of Research Grants, talks will be selected from abstracts with all team members as co-authors that reflect the aims of the collaborative project as a whole. One member of the team (usually the coordinator) should present the work of the team as a whole. Talks will be allocated fifteen minutes plus five minutes for discussion. The Programme Committee will also select a number of poster presenters to give a three minute introductory talk prior to the poster session. You should remember that you will be speaking to a very mixed group of researchers, so please make sure that your presentation is readily understandable to a general, non-specialist scientific audience.
Long-Term and Cross-Disciplinary Fellows are expected to present their work. Please bear in mind the following when preparing your posters:
- You should display the HFSP logo on your poster (this can be downloaded from the Press & Media section of the HFSP website: http://www.hfsp.org/about-us/press-and-media-centre/logo-and-brand)
- We strongly encourage the display of a QR Code on your poster to link to your lab's website
- You may consider adding a photo of yourself to help other participants identify you
The meeting programme will be available in spring 2017.
