The Board of Trustees of the International Human Frontier Science Program Organization (HFSPO) requested a review of the Program’s accomplishments. An Independent Scientific Review Committee (ISRC) was set up to advise HFSPO on the level of success in fulfilling its mission and meeting its goals over the last decade.
