Sources on good scientific practice

HFSP funding starts at the post-doctoral level and extends into later career stages. We expect candidates for all HFSP awards to have received mentoring in good scientific practice, either from their thesis advisor, their thesis committee or institutional or web-based educational programs. HFSP considers this to be a fundamental responsibility of the candidate’s institution. The formal provisions for such training will obviously change both from institution to institution and country to country.
