Presentations

Notifications for oral and poster presentations were sent to all abstract submitters on 5 July 2022.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will be selected by the Programme Committee from the abstracts submitted. In the case of research grants, talks will be selected from abstracts with all team members as co-authors that reflect the aims of the collaborative project as a whole. One member of the team (usually the coordinator) should present the work of the team as a whole.  In addition, poster abstracts on subtopics within the grant may be submitted. Note that the presenting author must be a member of the HFSP grant team and not another lab member working on the HFSP project. Long-Term and Cross-Disciplinary Fellows and Career Development Awardees are encouraged to present their work.

Talks will be allocated 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.

You should remember that you will be speaking to a very mixed group of researchers, so please make sure that your presentation is readily understandable to a general, non-specialist scientific audience.

Posters

Abstracts that are not selected for an oral presentation will be automatically assigned a poster. You also have the possibility to request a poster presentation directly when you submit your abstract. The required dimensions for onsite posters are 70 cm x 100 cm in A0 portrait format (click for photo of poster boards). Instructions for online poster presentations will be sent to all presenters following the Programme Committee meeting in June.

Please note that there are no facilities at the Institut Pasteur Conference Center to print posters. Presenters are advised to bring their printed poster to Paris.
