Invitations with instructions to register for the meeting were sent to all current HFSP awardees (awarded from 2019 to 2021) and research grant holders with a no-cost extension. We have also invited all HFSP alumni based in France. Registration fees
Onsite participation in Paris (includes coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner): 250 EUR
Conference dinner for accompanying person: 80 EUR
Online participation: 100 EUR
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on Monday, 29 August at Ciel de Paris on the 56th floor of the Tour Montparnasse, where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Paris and fine French cuisine. You can reserve for the conference dinner when you register for the meeting. Please note that the restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 200 people, therefore register early in order to not miss out on this fantastic Parisian experience. The Tour Montparnasse is a fifteen-minute walk from the Institut Pasteur Conference Center. At the Tour, make sure that you take an elevator that goes directly to the restaurant.
Accommodation
When you register for the meeting you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a website where you can reserve accommodation. The selected hotels are a short distance from the Institut Pasteur Conference Center. The main conference hotel will be indicated on the booking website.
